To cancel a reservation, please complete your contact information and in the comments block below, type in "Cancellation"  or call Kathy Santos-Rezendes at 919-740-5289.    The pre-registration allows us to plan the size room and setup we need for the meeting.  However, we do want to call attention to a provision passed by a previous board on reservations.  Basically, if you reserve a seat and donít show up without canceling and that creates a requirement on the Chapter to pay for your reservation, then we will ask for your help in defraying that cost to the Chapter.  Cancellations need to be in by noon of the day of the dinner if we are to successfully reduce our guarantee to the restaurant.
